Every 11 minutes, a child is reported missing in the United States—many falling prey to dangers like trafficking and abuse. Right here in Southwest Riverside County, including Temecula and Murrieta, our youth face their own heartbreaking realities: suicide is the third leading cause of death among local teens, and fentanyl is responsible for over 95% of all teen overdose fatalities. These aren't just statistics; they're urgent pleas from vulnerable children and teens who desperately need protection, guidance, and hope.

At MALHY, we answer that call. We're a dedicated outreach program committed to empowering youth ages 10–25 through sustained efforts, deep partnerships, and active involvement within our community. We educate and encourage young people to rise above challenges like mental health struggles, addiction, human trafficking, youth financial literacy, and online exploitation. Our comprehensive support includes vital mentorship, crisis intervention, and essential resources, much of which is channeled through our powerful Radical Change Program.
