For damaged shipments, clear photos of the item(s), original packaging, and shipping label are required. Additional documentation, including proof of value (receipt or invoice), may be requested to support your claim.

Once submitted, Ship It & More will file the claim with the carrier on your behalf. Carrier claims typically take up to 14 days for a decision (approval or denial).

If additional package insurance was purchased through Ship It & More, claims may take up to 30 days to process depending on the insurance provider.

Please note: All claims are subject to review and approval by the carrier and/or insurance provider. Ship It & More does not guarantee claim approval and is not responsible for denied claims. Submission of false or misleading information may result in claim denial.
